Flectalon Shredder:  This machine was developed to produce a very finely shredded and crimped product using an aluminum backed foil for use in the Insulation and Energy saving market. We worked on the original concept in conjunction with Cardiff University there main requirements being to have a machine that would produce on an industrial scale. The blanket of material is usually sandwiched between two layers of fabric and stamped into various shapes to be installed as a highly effective insulation product in garments such as Divers Wet Suits, Extreme Weather Clothing, the Construction Industry and many other applications. Gift and Presentation Packaging:  We are able to offer the same technology in smaller Shredding Machines to manufacture Shredded Paper, Shredded Tissue, Cellophane and Iridescent Film for Gift Baskets, Hampers and Promotional Packaging.
