Balers

Wilki Engineering manufacture a range of Poly-Pack baling presses to suit many applications,these consist of Single, Double and Triple ram machines. The single ram machine is our budget unit which makes the bale with a continuous repeated cycle so that the bale is made up of sections of product until the correct bale weight and size is reached.

The Double and Triple ram machines are higher production units with more emphasis on accurate bale weight and size of bale for stacking and transport. These machines are usually supplied with a weighing conveyor or weigh hopper system to give accurate bale weights of 20kg.

We also manufacture the same design of  balers to produce smaller Poly wrapped Pet Packs ranging from 2kg 5kg and 10kg bales.
